My prayer for the whole universe

In God, and in this universe, all those who seek refuge in Him seek refuge in You from the terrible
calamities, plagues, and punishments which You inflicted on the nations before us. O Lord, make this universe a place of mercy for us and for our future generations. And forgive us our sins, and guide us and our generations to come. If you do not, we will surely be among the losers in this
world and in the Hereafter. Forgive us, O Allah. And we ask you for help in times of difficulty. Eliminate the length of our difficulties and make things easier for us
and our descendants.

  ایک نوجوان نے درویش سے دعا کرنے کو کہا ...... درویش نے نوجوان کے کاندھے پر ہاتھ رکھا اور بڑے جذب سے دُعا دی: "اللہ تجھے آسانیاں بانٹنےکی توفیق عطا فرمائے" دعا لینے والے نے حیرت سے کہا: حضرت! الحمد للہ ہم مال پاک کرنے کے لیے ھر سال وقت پر زکاۃ نکالتے ہیں، بلاؤں کو ٹالنے کے لیے حسبِ ضرورت صدقہ بھی دیتے ہیں.... اس کے علاوہ ملازمین کی ضرورتوں کا بھی خیال رکھتے ہیں، ہمارے کام والی کا ایک بچہ ہے، جس کی تعلیم کا خرچہ ہم نے اٹھا رکھا ہے، الله کی توفیق سے ہم تو کافی آسانیاں بانٹ چکے ہیں ..... درویش تھوڑا سا مسکرایا اور بڑے دھیمے اور میٹھے لہجے میں بولا: "میرے بچے! سانس، پیسے، کھانا ... یہ سب تو رزق کی مختلف قسمیں ہیں۔۔۔۔ اور یاد رکھو "رَازِق اور الرَّزَّاق" صرف اور صرف الله تعالٰی کی ذات ہے.... تم یا کوئی اور انسان یا کوئی اور مخلوق نہیں ..... تم جو کر رہے ہو، اگر یہ سب کرنا چھوڑ بھی دو تو الله تعالٰی کی ذات یہ سب فقط ایک ساعت میں سب کو عطا کر سکتی ہے ، اگر تم یہ کر رہے ہو تو اپنے اشرف المخلوقات ہونے کی ذمہ داری ادا کر رہے ہو." درویش نے نرمی سے اس کا ہاتھ اپنے دو
