Explanation of the Virtue of Surah Al-Fatihah Virtues of Amen

(Explanation by translator)
The most famous name of this surah is Fatiha Al-Kitab or Al-Fatiha. The Fatiha is called the beginning and the beginning. Since this Surah is in the beginning of the Qur'an in chronological order, it was named Fatiha. Fatiha also means opener. Since this Surah is the key to the infinite knowledge of the Qur'an, it is also called Fatiha. There are many other names for this Surah, such as Umm Al-Kitab and Umm Al-Quran, so it is in Bukhari. Including Umm Al-Kitab Lana Yabda Baktabatha Fi Al-Mushahif Webda Baqratha Fi Salat Surah Al-Fatihah is named Umm Al-Kitab because it is the beginning of the writing of the Holy Qur'an and the recitation in prayers also starts from it. Umm al-Qur'an also calls it because it contains the original and all purposes of the Qur'an. It is a summary of the entire Qur'an, or in other words, the entire Qur'an is its interpretation. One of the names of this Surah is Al-Saba 'Al-Muthani, which means seven verses that are repeated over and over again. Since there are seven verses of Surah Al-Fatihah and it is repeated in every rak'ah of the prayer, God Himself has given the verse of the Holy Qur'an (Walqad Atina). I have named it as the seventh bladder and the great Qur'an (Al-Hijr: 87). We have given you a surah which has seven verses (which are recited over and over again) and which is equal to the whole Qur'an in terms of greatness and greatness. Therefore, Imam Razi says that this is the Surah from which ten thousand issues arise (Tafsir Kabir).

The name of this Surah is also “Salat”, so it is mentioned in the hadith of Hazrat Abu Hurayrah that the destiny of Salabini and between Abdi Nasfeen and Abdi Ma Sal Fadha said: I have divided the prayer between me and my servant in half and my servant got what he asked for. So when the servant says Alhamdulillah, the Lord of the worlds, Allaah says, “My servant praised me,” and when the servant says, “Allaah is the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful,” Allaah says in reply, “My servant praised me, Al-Din says: Allah says: My servant has glorified me. And when the servant says: Iyak nabdo ayak nasta'een, Allah says: Half of this verse is for me and half for my servant. He will get it till the end. In this hadith, Surah Al-Fatihah is very clearly referred to as "Al-Salat", which clearly shows that the whole spirit of prayer lies within Surah Al-Fatihah.

Praise and thanksgiving, covenant and supplication, remembrance of the Hereafter and straight path, pointing to misguided sects, all these things have been mentioned in this Surah and all these things are not only prayer but the soul of Islam and the whole Qur'an. This Surah is also called “As-Salat” because the basis of sound prayers is based on the recitation of this Surah and in every rak'ah of the prayer whether the prayer is obligatory or Sunnah or Nafl, this Surah is for all the Imam and Muqtada. It is obligatory to recite the Sharifah as is clear from the following hadith. On the authority of Ibadah ibn Al-Samit, he said: I heard the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say: There is no prayer for him, and there is no recitation of the Book. If a person does not recite Surah Al-Fatihah in prayers, whether he is an Imam or a follower, his prayers will not be performed. (For Tafseer, read Appendix 208 of the Holy Quran Binary Translation)

Hazrat Piran Pir Syed Abdul Qadir Jilani (may Allah have mercy on him) says: It is obligatory to recite this Surah Al-Fatihah in prayer. It is obligatory to recite this Surah Al-Fatihah in prayer and it is an essential part of it. The prayer is invalidated. Of all the Qur'ans, only this one has been appointed as a member of the prayer and the rest of the recitation has been given the option to recite from wherever you want. The reason is that it is easy to recite Surah Al-Fatihah. The summary and reward of the whole Qur'an is equal to the end of the whole Qur'an. There is no other surah of the Qur'an with such attributes. Among the names of this Surah are Surah Al-Hamd and Surah Al-Hamdullah, Lord of the Worlds. (Bukhari and Dar Qatani) because in principle all the Muhammadan campaigns of God Almighty are mentioned in it and it is also called Al-Shifa wa Al-Ruqiya. In Sunan Darmi, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said that Surah al-Faatihah is a cure for every disease (Darmi, 430). On one occasion in the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), a Companion killed a person who was bitten by a snake. In addition to these names, there are many other names of this Surah, such as Al-Kinz (Treasure), Al-Asas, Basic Surah Al-Kafiyah (Kafi Wafi), Al-Shafi'i (Healing for every disease), Al-Wafiyyah (Kafi Wafi). Al-Shukar (Al-Shukar) Al-Du'a (Du'a) Ta'leem Al-Masa'ila (Surah Al-Mana'i) (Al-Mana Ja'aat (Prayer to Allah)) Al-Tafweed That is the noble Surah about which the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: This is the Surah which I have been given from the treasures under the Throne, the example of which has not been revealed in any Torah, nor in the Gospel, nor in the Psalms, nor in the Qur'an. The great Qur'an which was given to me (Darmi, 430) is narrated in Bukhari Sharif Kitab al-Tafsir.
