Importance of Zakat in Islam

Importance of Zakat in Islam
Zakat is of great importance and value in Islam. This is another important religious motto of its core members. Allah Almighty has made it obligatory on every Muslim who has a syllabus. It is mentioned in 32 places in the Holy Qur'an along with prayers, while the words indicating the meaning of blessing have also been mentioned so many times. Numerous ahaadeeth of the Prophet of Allah have emphasized on its payment,
its importance has been highlighted and promises have been made for those who neglect to pay it and neglect it. Anyone who denies this would be a kaafir and an apostate. Yes, even after repenting, if he does not repent, his blood becomes worthless in the Islamic government. He cannot be buried in a Muslim cemetery, his funeral prayers will not be
offered, and no Muslim heir will inherit his legacy. Even if someone is inside the Islamic government and he refuses to pay because of greed and covetousness, love of wealth or carelessness, he will be fought.
The Prophet of Allah said:
I have been commanded to fight them until they bear witness that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah and that they should keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate. He saved lives and property, except for the right of Islam (Hudud and Qisas) and their reckoning is with Allah. (Agreed upon)
There is no doubt that Zakat is one of the major economic pillars of Islam. It is a major source of income and
an important resource for Muslims, aimed at establishing social equality and equality, maintaining social cohesion and enforcing co-operation among members of society. Mercy and blessings which Allah has prescribed in view of many wisdoms and interests, its aims are great, the benefits are innumerable and the benefits are all-encompassing and limited, of which only Allah has the correct knowledge, but to some of them He Himself Allaah has indicated in this Qur'aanic verse:

Purify them with charity from their wealth and bless them with it and pray for mercy for them. Surely your prayer of mercy is a source of comfort for them, and Allah is Hearing. (Everyone) knows (everything) ”(Repentance 103)
Some of the wisdom and benefits of its legitimacy can be summarized as follows:
Zakat purifies the people of the rich, the affluent and the wealthy from the filth of greed and covetousness, purifies their hearts from the spirit of selfishness, excessive desire for wealth and the desire to break and accumulate wealth, wealth The pursuit of wealth washes away unrestrainedness, selfishness, and the worst kind of greed.
Zakat purifies the rich from sins, slips, shortcomings and
transgressions and expiates the evils and transgressions that are being committed against them. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): If you give alms, it is a good thing. And if you conceal them and give to the needy, it is better for you, and Allah will remove from you some of your sins, and Allah will fully remove you. He is aware of what you do. (Al-Baqarah 271)
The zakat on the wealth from which it is paid purifies it from the rights of Allah and His servants and makes it lawful and good for the owner of the wealth. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Allaah has made zakaah obligatory because it Purify the rest of your wealth and make it better.

Zakat purifies the Islamic society from poverty, destitution, poverty and deprivation, and cleanses it from the hearts of the poor and helpless by removing hatred, envy, malice and malice from their hearts, from class strife and regional prejudice. By taking it out, the brotherhood spreads in the atmosphere of faith.
This shows that Allah Almighty has prescribed Zakat to purify, that is, to purify the hearts of the rich, their wealth, their income and the Muslim society, Zakat purifies everyone. As a result, the position and status of the one who pays Zakat would be elevated in the sight of Allah and he would be loved in the society as well. His wealth would be blessed and increased, while the wealth which he gave out to the poor and deserving would be increased. Yes, Allah keeps increasing it and makes it the storehouse of the Hereafter, which will be of use to him when there is no one to give him work, neither wealth nor children and relatives.
The obligation of zakat also tests the servants to
see if they are true to their faith in Islam or not, whether their trust and confidence is in the promise of Allah or not. The Prophet of Allah has said: Charity is a proof (ie of faith). Accuracy and Truth of Islam (Muslim)
Because Satan insists on preventing him from spending money in the way of Allah, and keeps on encouraging and encouraging him to spend in sin. The Almighty says:
Satan threatens you with poverty and teaches you immorality when Allah promises you a great forgiveness and mercy from Himself. And Allah is Exalted in Might. The All-Wise, the All-Knowing. (Al-Baqarah 268)
There is a hadith in which the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
Whatever he does, he tastes the faith, who worships Allah alone, and that there is no god but Allah, and pays the zakat of his wealth willingly, and continues to do so every year. Abu Dawud)
