Statement of insurance policy

: Insurance
Life insurance means that the person himself or his property can be involved in an accident at any time, God willing, as a result of which his survivors such as parents, wife and children who were under his care under normal circumstances will be poor. Famine and severe financial, economic and social hardships. Because the insurance is provided by the government or its authorized companies, they receive a fixed amount of insurance from the affected person, persons or entity for a fixed period of time. If the person or thing dies during the contract, the company pays a fixed compensation. If the person or thing is safe for a specified period, the company pays it more or less than double the amount deposited. There is no gambling or interest in it, so insurance is permissible.
From the current statement of evidence.

He who denies must be given an argument.
This is what His Highness Maulana Shah Ahmad Raza Khan (may Allah have mercy on him) has stated in the rules of Shariah.
And Allah and His Messenger know best.

: بیمہ و انشورنس
زندگی کا بیمہ یا انشورنس کا مطلب ہے کہ آدمی خود یا اس کی جائیداد خدانخواستہ کسی بھی وقت کسی حادثہ سے دوچار ہوسکتے ہیں جس کے نتیجے میں اس کے پسماندگان مثلاً والدین، بیوی اور بچے جو عام حالات میں اس کے زیر کفالت تھے وہ فقر و فاقہ اور سنگین مالی، معاشی اور سماجی مشکالات کا شکار ہونگے۔ چونکہ بیمہ حکومت یا اس کی مجاز کمپنیاں کرتی ہیں، وہ متاثرہ شخص، اشخاص یا ادارے سے بیمہ کرنے کے عوض متعین رقم وصول کرتی ہیں جو متعین مدت کے لیے ہوتی ہے۔ اگر اس معاہدے کے دوران وہ شخص یا چیز ہلاک ہو جائے تو کمپنی مقرر شدہ معاوضہ ادا کرتی ہے۔ اگر مقررہ مدت تک وہ شخص یا چیز سلامت ہے تو کمپنی جمع شدہ رقم سے دوگنی یا کم و بیش اسے ادا کر دیتی ہے۔ اس میں نہ جوا ہے اور نہ سود لہذا بیمہ جائز ہے۔
من انکر فعليه البيان بالدليل.
جو انکار کرے اس پر دلیل لازم ہے کہ وہ بھی دلیل پیش کرے۔
یہی بات اعلیٰحضرت مولانا شاہ احمد رضا خان رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے احکام شریعت میں بیان فرمائی ہے۔
