Statement of faith.
Faith is believing something to be correct according to the dictionary and faith in the Shari'ah means to confirm the Messenger of God, believing what the Prophet brings from Allah is called faith. According to the narrators, faith is the name. Belief in the heart, confession of the tongue, and the action of the limbs. These three things are included in the definition of faith. It is not complete. However, the only person in the world who will be declared a Muslim is the one who confesses Islam in his own language. In the sight of Allah, he will be declared a believer on the basis of his faith. In short, faith is related to the heart and Islam is related to action.
Hazrat Abu Hurayrah narrates and he narrated from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that he said that there are more than sixty
branches of faith and modesty is also a branch of faith.
ایمان کا بیان۔
ایمان لغت کے اعتبار سے کسی بات کو صحیح مان لینا ہے اور شریعت میں ایمان کہتے ہیں رسول خدا کی تصدیق کرنے کو،اللہ کی طرف سے پیغمبر جو کچھ لے کر آتا ہے اسے مان لینے کا نام ایمان ہے ۔ محدثین کے نزدیک ایمان نام ہے، دل کے اعتقاد ،ذبان کے اقرار اور اعضاء کے عمل کا یہ حضرات ایمان کی تعریف میں ان تینوں چیزوں کو داخل کرتے ہیں اکثر علماء اعمال کو ایمان کی تکمیل کے لیے شرط قرار دیتے ہیں یعنی عمل کے بغیر ایمان مکمل نہیں ہوتا البتہ دنیا میں اسی شخص کو مسلمان قرار دیا جاۓ گا جو خود اپنی ذبان سے اسلام کا اقرار کرتا ہے ایسے ہی شخص پر اسلام کے احکام جاری ہوں گے، اگر کوئ شخص دل میں ایمان رکھتا ہو اور اس کے اظہار سے پہلے مر جاۓ تو اللہ کے یہاں وہ اپنے ایمان کی بنا پر مومن قرار دیا جاۓ گا خلاصہ یہ کہ ایمان کا تعلق قلب سے ہے اور اسلام کا تعلق عمل سے ہے۔
حضرت ابو ہریرہ روایت کرتے ہیں اور انھوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے نقل کیا کہ آپ نےارشاد فرمایا کہ ایمان کی ساٹھ سے کچھ اوپر شاخیں ہیں اور حیاء بھی ایمان ہی کی ایک شاخ ہے۔
